Leave your car keys at home and easily walk the 350 feet (2-min stroll) to the beach from the screened-in front porch and then reward yourself with a refreshing shower and endless supply of hot water, before preparing your favorite meal in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen.

With ample seating for everyone, relish snacks and chilled beverages while immersing yourself in your preferred entertainment on the expansive 70” Smart TV or continue the festivities in the bonus area beneath the house. Boasting over 1,500 square feet of shade, this screened-in area is dedicated to family enjoyment equipped with a Tiki Bar, fans, swings, ping pong, and ample lounging space brimming with games. The possibilities for fun are endless and let’s not forget everyone’s favorite outdoor firepit for s’mores to extend your family fun well into the evenings under the stars.

Family Tides is a well-deserved retreat for you and your loved ones. Come, take part in vacation bliss, and secure your preferred week before it's too late! Smoking is prohibited. Saturday to Saturday bookings required during prime and peak seasons, with a minimum stay of 3 days in all other seasons. Check-in: 3PM-5PM, Check-out: 10AM.

Overall

The pictures do not do justice to this amazing house. The pictures are great but do not show how well thought out the details of the house are. The house is immaculate. Well decorated, comfortable beds, warm showers with a tankless water heater, plenty of space for large groups. The space underneath was amazing. Games, fantastic shower, swings, picnic tables, privacy ….perfect space that kept the children happy when we were off the beach. With small children, we ate meals down there, which made for easy clean up. The giant boxes of Lego toys in the house were a hit with the kids. We made s’mores in the fire pit. I could go on and on. This was our first house that was not oceanfront but we didn’t miss that aspect. The walk to the beach took 2 minutes. This was easily our favorite house ever at the beach. We will definitely rent again in the future!
