Coastal Vacation Resorts at Oak Island partnered with the North Carolina Coastal Land Trust to provide guests the opportunity to help protect the local habitat. One dollar ($1) has been added to each night for donation to the Coastal Land Trust in support of the conservation, preservation, and restoration of our cherished coastal area. Participating in the program gives YOU the chance to help protect beautiful beaches, coastal critters, and places to paddle — all right here in Brunswick County!
Founded in 1992, the North Carolina Coastal Land Trust has become one of the largest and most successful land trusts in the state, serving 31 counties in the coastal plain and conserving more than 85,000 acres. Their focus is saving and restoring special places like barrier islands, nature parks, family farms, and longleaf pine forests. They save the places where you hike, bike, paddle, play, and vacation!
